✤ HOW TO REMOVE PROTECTIVE FILM ✤
The protective film is a thin sticker-like material left to prevent scratches during shipment. We recommend removing it just before you are ready to use your acrylic item.
To remove the protective film, start in a corner (we recommend either the bottom right or left corner) with your fingernail until you get enough of the film ruffled to grab and pull the film off the acrylic. Sometimes it can be difficult to get started but once you get a hold of enough film, it will just peel right off.

✤ORDER PROCESSING✤
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence they are received. Our team requires 5-8 working days to process an order. Orders are processed Monday-Friday, and excludes major holidays. A team member is available all days of the week to answer any questions. Please reach out if you have questions regarding our processing times.

✤SHIPPING✤
We offer three (3) different shipping options through USPS services. Please review the delivery standards for each option and select the option that best fits your timeline. While we do our best to ensure timely shipping, please note that any delays in delivery are unfortunately outside of our control.
➤ USPS Ground Advantage: Delivery in 2-5 business days (not guaranteed) by ground transport.
➤ Priority Mail: Delivery in 2-3 business days (not guaranteed) by air delivery.
➤ Priority Mail: Delivery in 1-3 business days (guaranteed) by air delivery.
