Q: Can I make changes to my order?

A: No changes can be made to your order after it is placed, as all sales are final.* This includes address changes. Please be sure to double check all spelling on personalized items before checking out.  

*Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. There is a 20% cancellation fee. 

Q: What is your turnaround time?

A: All items have a 1-2 week turnaround time. We do not offer rush shipping at this time. All orders ship USPS Priority or UPS Ground and will be updated with tracking information when they ship.

**Please note : Turn around times are working days (Monday: Friday). Weekends & holidays are not included.

Q: Do you ship Internationally? 

New: We currently do not ship internationally 

Q: I placed multiple orders, can I combine shipping?

A: Orders cannot be combined for shipping. In order to preserve the integrity of products, we often ship multi-item orders separately. 

Q: I’ve only received part of my order, where is the rest?

A: In order to preserve the integrity of products, we often ship multi-item orders separately. You will receive a separate email with tracking for the remaining item(s).

Q: My package is missing, what do I do?

A: If your package has not been received within 15 days of shipping, reach out to us via email for assistance at [email protected]. Please include your order number in the subject line.

Q: I forgot to enter my discount code at checkout, can you add it to my order?

A: We cannot add discount codes / coupon codes after an order has been placed.

Q: Do you accept Returns or Exchanges?

A: We do not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final. 

Q: What do I do if there is an issue with my order?

A: If there is an issue with your order, please send an email with your order number as the subject line to [email protected], within 7 days of receiving your package. After the 7 day window, no exceptions will be made.

* Please note that Hybris Crafts is not responsible for lost/damaged/delayed/stolen packages. Any questions regarding those circumstances should be directed to the carrier.
